barry moffett
Founder
Barry Moffett is the founder of Specialty Insurance Agency, which he formed in 1976, specializing in property, liability, and liquor liability for restaurants and taverns. In 1984, the agency became a Managing General Agency (MGA) for Royal Insurance and now represents Allianz, the largest financial services company the world. Barry oversees all functions of the agency, including underwriting, claims, and loss control. Mr. Moffett graduated from Monmouth College and holds an LLB in law from LaSalle Extension University.

Warren Burker has been employed by Specialty Insurance Agency since 1988. Before joining Specialty Insurance Warren was the Underwriting Manager at Security Indemnity Insurance Company. Warren has also held management positions at The Hanover Insurance Company, Prudential Insurance Company of New Jersey, and Home State Insurance. Mr. Burker is a graduate of Wagner College.
